Q: How much do the pieces cost?

A: Bracelets start at $75 and go up to $135 depending on the chain you choose. Anklets are $20 additional. Necklaces are priced by the inch.

Q: What is Permanent Jewelry?

A: Permanent Jewelry is chain that is made into a bracelet, anklet or necklace that is cold welded together while on you.

Q: Do I need to book a separate appointment for each person in my party?

A: Yes please!

Q: Does it hurt?

A: No, not at all! It's completely safe and painless.

Q: How long does it take?

A: It only takes a few minutes to size and weld on

Q: Can I shower with it?

A: Yes! All of our jewelry can go in the shower, pools, oceans, ect. 

Q: Can permanent jewelry be worn during an MRI?

A: We are not medical professionals. Please contact your provider before your MRI. We have had multiple customer able to leave them on, and we have had multiple customers who have had to take them off. 

Q: Can a bracelet be re-welded once it has been removed?

A: Yes. The re-welding fee is $25. We waive the fee if you purchase an additional piece at your appointment. Click here to book your appt.

Q: What is it made out of?

A: We offer sterling silver, 14k gold filled and 14k gold chain. We have many styles of sterling and gold filled chain options at every event. Solid 14k gold chain needs to be pre-orderer. You can email sam@auburnjewelry.com to do that. Solid gold chains range from $250-$400 depending on the style.

Q: What charms do you have in stock?

A: We have color dot charms and connectors at every event, as well as initials. 

Q: Will it tarnish or turn?

A: No, our sterling and gold filled chain stay beautiful! You can wear them in the shower, to the beach, and to the gym and they will stay bright and beautiful.

Q: Can it get wet?

A: Yes! It's fine to wear in chlorine, salt water and just in the shower.

Q: What types of jewelry can I get made permanent?

A: Bracelets, anklets, and necklaces

Q: How do I get it off if I need to?

A: You can cut it with a scissor

Q: Do you do private events?

A: Yes, we love to! Bridal events, bat mitzvahs, corporate events, ladies' nights, birthdays, graduation parties, and more! Just fill out this google form to set that up!

Q: Do I need to make an appointment or can I just show up at an event?

A: Appointments are recommended but we try to accommodate walk-ins as well. 

Q: Can I walk into a studio appointment?

A: No, you must make an appointment for the studio. Click here to book 

Q: Will my deposit be applied to my bracelet or anklet once I'm at the event?

A: Yup!

Q: What if I can't make it to an event?

A: You can always book a studio appointment at our studio in Mt. Kisco, NY! Click here to book! 

Q: Can I customize my permanent jewelry?

A: Yes, of course! Email sam@auburnjewelry.com to discuss! We can add handwriting, charms, or symbols into the chains.



Q: What if I don't like my pieces when they arrive?

A: If it's readywear, we offer free returns within 14 days. If it's custom, unless there's something wrong with it (ie broken) we do not take returns.

Q: How long will my readywear order take to ship

A: All pieces that are in stock will ship within 2-3 business days. They ship from New York.

Q: What size are the charms?

A: That depends! Our mini pendants have a diameter of 1.25cm, the original pendants have a diameter of 1.5cm and the large pendant have a diameter of 2cm

Q: How many colors do pieces come in? What if I want a color I don’t see offered?

A: The pieces are available in 16 standard colors. We also offer custom colors upon request. You can see all the colors here.

Q: What’s the turnaround time on my order?

A: All custom pieces should be shipped out within 15-20 business days. If your order is larger it could take a tad longer.

Q: What if I need my piece super quickly?

A: Give us a call or email us and ask if it’s possible for us to create your piece by the time you need it. When checking out please click the “Move my order to the front of the line and ship.” We try to accommodate all of our customers, so just ask!

Q: Do you have set hours when you’re working?

A: Nope! I’m always working! Feel free to give me a call or shoot me an email whenever you have a question. I stay up late and I work on the weekends.
