Repairs/Resizing
Accidents happen! If your permanent jewelry breaks or comes off, there's a good chance we can get it back on your wrist, ankle, or wherever it belongs.
Re-welding is complimentary within the first 7 days of your original appointment. After 7 days, the fee is $25 for the first piece and $10 for each additional piece. We waive the re-welding fee when you purchase a new piece at your appointment.
Have permanent jewelry from another jeweler? We can often help with that, too! Simply email a photo of your piece to sam@auburnjewelry.com before booking so we can confirm whether we're able to work with it.
