Abby, originally from Long Island, NY, joined the team in 2023 after being drawn to the creativity of customizable jewelry. A self-proclaimed “mixed-metals girl” who loves a good rope chain, she still wears one of her first pieces—a half-gold, half-silver bracelet from December 2022. “I love talking to customers and sharing the Auburn story,” she says.
When she’s not welding, Abby works as a Mental Health Counselor, bringing a warm, chatty, and down-to-earth energy to every appointment. She always has a Starbucks in hand, has a soft spot for dogs, and firmly believes that life is better with chocolate and baked goods.

Erin from Clayville, Rhode Island, joined the team in 2024 after falling completely in love with the world of permanent jewelry. A mixed-metals girl with a detail-obsessed eye, Erin loves creating pieces that feel personal, especially hand chains where creativity can really take over. “I love meeting new people and helping them create a special one-of-a-kind permanent jewelry piece.” While she can never fully choose a favorite chain, the two-tone chain or her pavé diamond heart always wins her over. Connecticut-born Jen joined the team in 2022, seeking a creative, feminine outlet, and quickly fell in love with permanent jewelry. A mixed-metals girl, she loves the chunky paperclip chain and her green enamel chain for the way it brightens her stack. “What I love the most about working with Auburn Jewelry is creating something meaningful for each customer.” Clients know Jen for her upbeat yet calming energy and attention to detail, especially when creating seamless connector pieces. She loves the fast pace of pop-up events and still remembers a family reunion in the Berkshire mountains where matching bracelets brought generations together. Outside of welding, she works as a delivery specialist and spends her free time making abstract art and gaming.
